Guava Resort is a huge complex of getaway destinations, tourist attractions, parks and conservation areas. Most of the land south of Lime City and Route 9 is actually owned by Guava Resort, including Cocoa Lake. Guava Resort's varied and popular destinations for trainers and tourists alike make it the most economically important "city" after Lemon.
